Sale of Retained Bonds

Thrive Homes Finance plc (the "Issuer") has appointed Peel Hunt LLP to arrange meetings with fixed income investors to discuss the possible sale of its GBP25m of the Bonds which it currently holds as Retained Bonds as defined in the Prospectus of the Issuer dated 20th March 2014. The Bonds are rated A+ by Standard & Poor's.

GBP125m in nominal amount of Bonds were issued on 24 March 2014, including GBP55m Retained Bonds of which GBP30m in nominal amount have been previously sold by the Issuer.
