                            ("TQC" or the "Company") 
                  Completion of acquisition of Softline Limited 
 
As announced on 12 August 2010, TQC had agreed terms to acquire the entire 
issued share capital of Softline Limited ("Softline"), a leading distributor of 
Macintosh based software.  The acquisition of Softline completed today. 
 
The appointment of John McCartney as a director of TQC has become effective 
today. 
 
DIRECTORS' HOLDINGS 
 
Following completion of the Placing announced on 12 August 2010, the issued 
share capital of the Company was 450,153,145 ordinary shares of 0.01p each 
("Ordinary Shares").  As a result of completion of the Softline acquisition, 
John McCartney has been issued with 50,000,000 new Ordinary Shares in the 
Company as part consideration.  These new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu in all 
respects with the existing issued share capital of the Company. 
 
Set out below are the resulting interests of the Directors in the Company's 
issued share capital following completion of the Placing:

For the purposes of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company 
advises that the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and total voting 
rights as at the date of this notice is 500,153,145. 
 
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above 
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by 
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a 
change to their interest in the Company.
