                      CHANGE OF ACCOUNTING REFERENCE DATE 
 
The Company announces that its accounting reference date has been changed from 
31 December to 31 March, with the next Audited Annual Financial Statements being 
for the 15 month period to 31 March 2010. 
When Third Quad Capital Plc acquired Softline Limited and VSA Capital Limited 
each had a different accounting reference date to the Company.  Having 
determined that March 31 is the most appropriate period end for all operating 
businesses, the Board has elected to harmonise group accounting reference dates 
for simplicity and to save costs. 
Accordingly, the Company will release, prior to 31 March 2010, second interim 
results in respect of the six month period ending 31 December 2009.
