                             Resignation of Director


The Board of TradingSports Exchange Systems plc ("TradingSports" or the
"Company") today announces that Kenneth Mulvany will step down from the Board
with immediate effect.


Andrew Tottenham, the Company's Chairman, commented:


"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Kenneth for his considerable
contribution to TradingSports, particularly in preparing the company for its
flotation last year and in its first year as a quoted company."


Kenneth Mulvany commented:


"My role at TradingSports was to guide the Company on its flotation and
executing on its business model. Following the significant progress which the
Company has made since flotation, as well as the strengthening of the Board, I
am now able to pursue other opportunities within the biomedical industry. I wish
TradingSports a successful future in what is a rapidly growing industry."
