GBP45,000,000 0.721% Index Linked Class A Unwrapped Bonds due 21 December 2027 (the "Bonds")

The Issuer today announces the issue of the Bonds pursuant to its GBP10,000,000,000 multicurrency programme for the issuance of guaranteed bonds. The proceeds of the Bonds are to be lent to the parent company of the Issuer, Thames Water Utilities Limited.
