The following final terms are available for viewing: 
 
 
Final Terms for Thames Water Utilities Cayman Finance Limited's EUR500,000,000 
6.125 per cent. Class A Guaranteed Unwrapped Bonds due 4 February 2013 (the 
"Bonds") issued under its GBP10,000,000,000 multicurrency programme for the 
issuance of guaranteed wrapped bonds and guaranteed unwrapped bonds dated 25 
July 2008 (the "Programme"). 
 
 
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and must be read in 
conjunction with the prospectus dated 25 July 2008 (the "Prospectus") relating 
to the Programme, as amended by a supplementary prospectus dated 3 December 2008 
(the "Supplementary Prospectus"), which together constitute a base prospectus 
for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive.
