03/10/2018 22:01 | Yes, why not ?. We've been through hell during the last few years !. Can it get any worse now that the shares have been relisted, with supposedly " Big Boy Gas" in control !. Maybe its irrational exuberance on my part ! | hguess16
03/10/2018 17:14 | Hi guys. Are you really buying more. I'm thinking of it but before it sounded to risky | plopcrop

03/10/2018 09:50 | Meanwhile an interesting article....... hxxp://www.kaztransg | temporarily insane
03/10/2018 01:14 | TI, I doubt Wells is likely to "shaft" us !. Having gone through delisting from TSX, and then bringing financial statements up to date, negotiating a final deal with Jaka/Gemini ( Kaztransgas ),arranging or agreeing to give them controlling shares of Tethys with the resumption of trading of Tethys shares approved by TSX, are positive signs that Wells has no intention of " shafting " anyone. IMO, NI must have insisted that Tethys should be listed on a recognised exchange in addition to the KAZ exchange. From now on it looks like the Kaz ( Kaztransgas) influence will determine the future progress of Tethys. They will run the show with Wells as a "constitutional monarch" with no real influence. It is in the interest of NI to make progress in order to recover their investment by remaining listed. I also have doubts about Tethys being taken private after all the work taken to have it relisted on TSX. That is my view and I intend to stick with Tethys hoping that progress will be made with drilling of more O&G wells !!!. Another sign !!. It seems that Clive Oliver, Corp Secretary and CFO is still in post !!. | hguess16
02/10/2018 20:28 | I WOULD BE LIVID IF WELLS SHAFTS US OVER AND LETS THIS GO FOR A PITTANCE........ABSO MAYBE A QUESTION AS TO WHY WELLS CANCELLED THE NOSTRUM DEAL AT 14 CENTS OR WHATEVER SHOULD BE BROUGHT UP IF WE GET SHAFTED FOR LESS!!!!!!! | temporarily insane
02/10/2018 17:05 | As it stands now !. Shares(M) % Jaka/Gemini 159 25.0 Medgat Kumar 44 6.8 Yessenov 12 1.9 ----- ------ 215 33.7 KZ Harmony ?? plus 192m warrants + ALR debt Pope 88 13.9 Intermediary ?? Olisol 63 10.0 Silent Partner ?? Others 269 42.4 ----- ----- 635 100.0 Add the 192m warrants and the ALR convertible debt; Bingo !!!. Full House !!!. | hguess16
02/10/2018 14:51 | Id take 5 cents to be fair at this point! | ratfan
02/10/2018 14:39 | My bet would be this gets bought out by the investors who bought the warrants etc yesterday. The only reason to remain listed would be if there is a good chance of foreign investment. Listed companies are the ideal vehicle for that. If the money will come from within Kaz, then it would be so much easier and more profitable to do this privately. They can probably very cheaply buy the 30m or so debt (less than 50 cents in the dollar) and then that combined with their existing shareholding means they only need to pay a pittance in order to get hold of the whole company. Imo, anything between 3-5 cents could be waived through by e.g. Bill Wells/Olisol if it means they get their loans repaid in full. | casual47
02/10/2018 14:32 | Yeah, need it to go to about 15 cents to break even but not holding my breath or indeed putting any more money in! | ratfan
02/10/2018 12:48 | I have written this off, if it eventually comes good then thats a bonus..gla | brad44
02/10/2018 12:12 | I wouldn't invest another penny in here as the risks are just too great and there are far safer and better shares out there, but . . . unless something truly fiendish is brewing we should have seen the bottom here. | casual47
02/10/2018 12:05 | hguess16, thank you for your reply 👍🏼 | temporarily insane
02/10/2018 11:32 | TI, The above is stated in order to comply with regulatory requirements for acquisition of shares and ensures compliance with the rules for listed entities. NI/the Board needs to tell us whether it plans to invest in drilling of O&G wells. | hguess16
02/10/2018 10:30 | item 5 of form62-103F1 | temporarily insane
01/10/2018 21:55 | Just skimmed through some of that and it looks like you can pretty much get away with it if you claim Legal professional privilege and just hand over the doctored documents to the SFO. But that's not relevant to us at present so I will go with Kaz not wanting to damage its international business rep also. And think for now that these NI's are here to bring this company back to life, soon. | 1399peter |
