Ten Alps Communications plc ('Ten Alps')
Ten Alps televises Lib Dem conference
Ten Alps Communications plc group company Know Comment has joined forces with
faciltiies company Bow Tie Television Ltd to produce live television coverage of
the Liberal Democrat conference for the BBC this year, starting today.
This is the first time that the BBC has outsourced party conference coverage to
independent production companies. Presented by the Daily Politics team of Andrew
Neil in London and Daisy Sampson in Brighton, this will also be the first time
that interactive conference coverage will be available to viewers.
Ten Alps already produces a wide range of political TV programming and
documentaries. Bow Tie TV are an established Facilities provider, who also
currently produce the TV coverage of the Houses of Parliament.
