At interims announced on 26/9/5 there was: -

a loss of 868k, inc 393k re-structuring charge
cash of £5m
debtors > creditors by 500k

so lets assume we have another loss of £1m to finals in March. It will not be that high, due to cost cutting.

that would leave cash of £4m.

Now factor in the $4m Pair gain contract

at current share price of 10.5, the cap is $4.3m.

now consider historical tax losses and breakup value of business and buildings, and you have real value here to be realised with the sale of the business.

Looks good to me

80k dumped at 10p, so offer reduced to 11p. MM's looking to square their books on this sale, so a further 35k (buys for 45k so far) to be had at this price. Otherwise, the offer may tick down to 10.5p.
However, with a sale of the business likely to relise a lot more than the current cap, due to cash balances, I am happy to take a position here. Value to be had at these levels imo.

I believe they are still shelling out costs without return at £200,000+ per month. Cant go on for much longer.

Unfortunately I have to agree with you. I keep hearing that the cash this company have are worth the share price alone but thats obviously rubbish as it continues to fall like a stone. I wish I had the courage to get out now and cut my substantial loses but it hardly seems worth it now.

The downhill Ski-ing season is picking up.
No-one is interested in buying them and they have no orders or assets bar cash in bank.

Amorruso,
9p would be approx half of the value of the cash and the Rochester building!

cwake1,
Please advise what mechanism will result in this company not trading other than a sale? Even if the company decided to wind itself up and return cash to shareholders, which is very unlikely, there would be a significant premium to the current price (14p).

These are history. In 12 months time this company will have stopped trading, Unfortunately not because of a take over.

Calamity I can assure you there will be no management buyout. They are far to spineless to have any balls to do that.
Its when the companies share value actually drops below the value of its assets that we may see some action. Around about 10-12p should see that situation.

Maybe an MBO.........then they can really improve the company at our expense...I don't trust any of these boards or managements........they are only in it for themselves.......not us....they give conflicting info.......have a fire...........what else........maybe it will be a flood next and the fuse has blown..........I wouldn't mind but I had hope it would recover.......I have these in an old PEP so cannot even realize the loss.....

If an offer for the Company cannot be secured, or
cannot be secured on terms which the Directors are able to recommend to
shareholders, the Board will examine all other options which are available to
the Group. A further announcement will be released in due course.
I know what this means !!!! Do you ?
