Neomobile update

Teleunit SpA is pleased to provide an update on Neomobile, its wholly-owned
subsidiary operating in the mobile content services D2C (direct to consumer)
market. Neomobile was separately incorporated in February 2007, a strategic move
designed to increase market visibility and spur international expansion.

Neomobile SpA (previously Teleunit SpA's Mobile Content Services division) has
now expanded its operations into Spain, where since mid-June it has been active
in supplying premium content to end-users under the brand name "Dindo". As
stated in Teleunit's FY2006 Results, one of Neomobile's strategic goals was the
deployment of services into a third country by H22007, a target which it has
achieved ahead of schedule. A dedicated country manager operating from Madrid is
currently overseeing local operations with the full support of the Italian team.

Spain's high degree of mobile penetration and sizeable youth generation make it
a premier market for the provision of mobile content services. Furthermore,
deploying services in the Spanish language also provides Neomobile with a strong
stepping stone for eventual expansion into South American countries. This region
provides an interesting opportunity for Neomobile due to its size, language
uniformity and relatively underdeveloped mobile content markets.

In Spain, Neomobile has been supplying its D2C services under the
subscription-based business model, a strategy which has proven to be successful
in both Italy and Turkey. Neomobile's cross-operator shortcode 5033 (active on
Telefonica, Vodafone and Orange networks) provides access to 100% of the Spanish
market. Users acquire content by sending an SMS containing a content code
(specific to the content requested) to the brand's proprietary shortcode. The
shortcode and content codes are publicised through extensive and targeted print
advertising and through television advertising campaigns via the innovative
"telepromotion format" already succesfull in Italy. In line with the experience
acquired through VIPMobile, the latest brand deployed in Italy and advertised
exclusively through Neomobile's proprietary WAP portal, end users in Spain can
also acquire content by accessing the brand's Spanish WAP portal. Content can
thus also be downloaded directly onto the users mobile phone and billed to his
monthly statement.

Content is principally sourced from Neomobile's extensive portfolio of content
partners with the balance created in house. This allows for flexibility in
supplying cutting edge and targeted content to Spanish users in line with
dominant trends and fashions.

Management expects margins to remain in line with the overall business due
mainly to revenue sharing structures similar to those negotiated in Italy and
Turkey and due to the in-house content provision platform which has eliminated
reliance on costly outsourced technology and content provision. Furthermore it
expects that from the beginning of 2008 Spain will already provide significant
contributions to Neomobile's revenues.

Gianluca D'Agostino, CEO of Neomobile, comments:

"Over the last few years the Mobile Content market has been experiencing a real
boom and we believe that in the future the mobile multimedia revolution that is
currently underway will gain increased momentum. With the incorporation of
Neomobile, our Shareholders have demonstrated that they believed in the
development of the Mobile Content Services division of Teleunit and in its
potential for growth. The recent expansion of our operations into Spain is
furthermore indicative of our determination to meet market forecasts and drive
value for Shareholders going forward. Neomobile has now reached a leadership
position in the B2C market and its success lies in an innovative business model
and the quality of its services. We are currently working hard with our partners
in order to develop new applications for the mobile entertainment world, and
with strategic consultants to elaborate further on our strategy for
international expansion."

Gianfranco Cimica, CEO of Teleunit SpA, comments:

"I am very pleased with the decision taken in February of this year to
separately incorporate Neomobile as a wholly owned subsidiary of Teleunit SpA.
Neomobile's Management has consistently met Company targets, and the successful
launch of services in Spain further compounds this. As of June 30th 2007,
Neomobile had a global active subscriber base of 800.000 (year-end 2006:
600,000), a number which is growing at a monthly average compounded rate of 5%.
Revenues per customer and margins have to date been consistently higher than
comparable companies and I have no doubt that, going forward, Neomobile will be
a significant value driver for Teleunit Shareholders. I look forward to updating
the market on its progress in the upcoming half year results."

Notes to editors:
Neomobile is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Teleunit Group and operates in the
mobile content services D2C (Direct to Consumer) sector. The Company began
operations in 2004 as the Mobile Content Services division of Teleunit SpA. The
division was then incorporated as Neomobile SpA in February 2007, a strategic
move designed to increase market visibility and spur international expansion.
Since its inception, Neomobile has shown consistent growth in revenues,
profitability, and subscriber numbers. The Company currently has offices in
Rome, Perugia, Istanbul and Madrid, where it markets its services under the
brands Dindo, VIP Mobile and Dito Mito. Neomobile's success lies in its
extensive marketing know-how and innovations, and provision of first-class
customer service. For more information on Neomobile, please visit the website
