Result of General Meeting 
 
 
At the General Meeting held at 10.00 a.m. today, the resolution to approve the 
cancellation of the trading of the Company's Shares on AIM was approved 
unanimously by shareholders, present in person or by proxy, representing 83.41% 
of the issued and voting share capital. Accordingly the admission to trading on 
AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 31 March 2009. 
 
 
Teleunit will continue to employ Daniel Stewart as the Company's broker for a 
minimum of twelve months following the delisting.  Further details of the
