Update on publication of accounts
Resignation of nominated adviser
Cancellation of admission to AIM
On 29 April 2016, the Company announced that it intended publishing its annual accounts by 31 May 2016.
The Company announces that it will not be publishing audited accounts by today but intends to do so before the general meeting which has been requisitioned by certain shareholders as announced on 25 May 2016.
The Company also announces that its nominated adviser, Grant Thornton UK LLP, has resigned with immediate effect.
On 4 December 2015 the Company announced that its shares were being suspended from trading on AIM and that If the Company's investing policy has not been implemented within six months of suspension from trading on AIM, the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled. The Company does not believe it will have implemented its investing policy within six months of the shares being suspended and therefore anticipates that its admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from Monday 6 June 2016.
