Investment in TechFinancials Plc

Teathers, the AIM quoted Investing Company with an Investing Policy to invest in AIM quoted companies either on flotation, through secondary offerings or by purchasing shares in the market and unquoted companies, joint ventures or projects which the Board believes will be seeking a quotation on AIM within 12 to 18 months of such investment, is pleased to announce that it has today invested GBP100,000 in cash in TechFinancials Plc ("TechFinancials") in consideration for 379,371 ordinary shares of US$0.0005 pence each in the issued share capital of TechFinancials (representing approximately 0.56 per cent. of the issued share capital of TechFinancials). TechFinancials commenced trading on AIM today.

TechFinancials is a software developer, supplying a simplified trading solution to online brokers through whom its software is used by traders worldwide.

Looking very strong here. Re motif bio, it doesnt fit their investment strategy for the tech sector so wont have anything to do with that. Think finacial/crowdfunding

Not a lot of faith really today. I suppose people were expecting a blockbuster rto rns that would instantly put this at £10m Mcap.That just simply wasn't going to happen. I still expect big things here and I do expect >£10m Mcap but it needs to build.Premium fund raise ----> investment is not the end of this story, it's merely that start.I expect more fundraisers (at premiums), more investments, realisation of profits, reinvestments etc.Each to their own I suppose and good luck either way.
