Further to previous announcements, Town & Country Housing and Rosebery Housing Association have confirmed their intention to come together as a single operating company within the Peabody Group. We plan to transfer Rosebery Housing Association assets and operations to Town & Country Housing in April 2023.

The next financial reporting will be the statutory financial statements which we expect to release in late July / early August 2023.
