Natasa  Mining  Ltd  (formerly  Investika  Ltd)  holds  a  beneficial
interest  in  13,645,140  ordinary  shares  in  the  Company,   which
represents 89.1 per cent  of the issued  share capital of  15,322,575
ordinary shares in the Company.
