-       Circular to Shareholders of Tanjong dated 23 June 2010 in relation to 
the Proposed Adoption of new Articles of Association ("Circular") 
 
Further to the Company's announcement on 22 June 2010 pertaining to the Notice 
of AGM, the Company wishes to announce that pursuant to the Listing Rules of the 
Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom, two copies each of the 
Notice of AGM and the Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority 
and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's 
Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at the UK Listing Authority, 
Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 
5HS. 
 
The Notice of AGM and the Circular are also available at the Company's website 
at www.tanjongplc.com. 
 
Please also be informed that the Notice of AGM and Circular have also been 
submitted to the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") and are 
available at the Bursa Securities' website at www.bursamalaysia.com.
