New Offer for Subscription (the Offer)
The Company is pleased to announce the intention to launch an Offer for Subscription for New Ordinary Shares of up to GBP15 million.
The Government has announced a number of significant proposed changes to the VCT regulations, which will restrict the types of investments that VCTs are able to make. However, the Board is confident that the Company's Manager, Maven Capital Partners UK LLP, will be able to identify suitable investment opportunities within the new VCT regulations in accordance with its current investment strategy.
A Prospectus with full details of the proposed Offer is intended for publication in early 2016.
