We, Takefuji Corporation, hereby request the cancellation of listing as 
described in below under the rules of "LR 5.3 Requests to cancel or suspend" in 
Full Handbook issued by FSA. 
1.     Issuer' name:  Takefuji Corporation 
2.     Securities: Currency JPY Standard Shares 
3.     Background and reasons for the request. 
On September 28, 2010, the board of directors of Takefuji Corporation ("the 
Company") has resolved for the Company to file a petition for commencement of 
corporate reorganization procedures under Japanese Corporate Reorganization Act 
(the "Reorganization Act"). The Company filed the said petition with the Tokyo 
District Court (the "Court"). The filing was submitted to the Court on the same 
date and the Court promptly issued orders of the provisional administration, the 
comprehensive prohibition of execution, the temporary restraining and the 
examination. Tokyo Stock Exchange has announced that it designated the Company's 
shares as "Securities to be Delisted" and will delist the Company's shares from 
Tokyo Stock Exchange on October 29, 2009 because of the said petition for the 
Corporate Reorganization procedures.

October 29, 2010
