Still, I am doing better than old smooth talker John Dilts, remember him? well I was doing some Tad searches the other day to see how the crooks are doing with Endeavors and seems he kicked the bucket:I also see Greg Bolcher has moved on several times and likely wasted more investors money. Posted at 15/7/2008 14:38 by 8trader Well this stock defied logic for 20+ years to carry on burning moreand more money yet still managed to raise it every time, i doubt in this climate anybody will throw more money at it unless at a severe discounted placing. Endeavors shares suspended on LSE after co fails to raise funds LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Shares in Endeavors Plc. have been temporarily suspended from the London Stock Exchange after it said it could not complete a final stage of fundraising. The company was due to cancel its main listing at the end of this week and begin trading on AIM on July 21, but will not be proceeding as it is unable to confirm at least one year's working capital -- a requirement of admission to AIM. Endeavors, formerly Tadpole Technology Plc., said it had hoped to complete a major funding round in the first quarter, but did not receive the level of commitment the directors considered necessary to maintain existing operations and finance planned growth. It then tried to raise further funds from private and institutional investors, and while the first two stages of a three stage process were concluded, it was unable to complete final stage of its fundraising. Chairman David Lee said: "The continued decline in institutional confidence has undermined our best efforts to satisfactorily conclude the proposed re-construction of the company and our inability to attract the relevant level of investment appropriate to the company's phase of development is deeply disappointing. The begging bowl is going to get passed around institutional and 'soph isticated' private investors once again, however this time the bowl has not been filled to the brim with money. |

This company has been on the brink of administration many times in the past, this time it could be the final nail in the coffin lid come the 'Emergency General' meeting. I expect the shareholder activists will be plotting their stategy over on iii, but I can't be bothered to even take a look. RIP Tadpole, RIP endeavours |

Something happens and back it shoots off into the blue marbled hemisphere..who knows we may have another Altavista in the wings?..remember them??Hey give it a chance..I got some more. Why not? Tad excites the molecules, of some old and near arthritic posters, that other shares can't reach. The new investors need someone to advise them when it has hit it zenith..ha ha..God I remember it reviving to 27p on Microsoft hopes and being reassured by a PR person that it would be 45p within a week..He could not explain it's retreat to 10p again. Never did. What have we got now? You don't put out RNS's on deals if you are unlikely to survive..one well known entity; one nice bit of moolah attached and 27p here we come again..well 10p then..well maybe? Ha ha..the good ole days eh??? All about when to walk away here. |
