Sale of Retained Bonds

T.H.F.C. (Funding No.3) Plc (the Issuer) is pleased to announce that it intends to sell Retained Bonds with an aggregate principal amount of up to GBP31,000,000 in the coming weeks subject to market to conditions, and potentially in a number of tranches.

In accordance with the provisions of the trust deed dated 11 October 2011 (as amended and supplemented) which constitutes and secures the Bonds, the Retained Bonds were purchased by and held for the account of the Issuer following issue.
