Interesting movement this morning. A few traders selling for a 5% profit but the direction up. Some see potential for this to recover.

No way share price should be below oversubscribed IPO price of 62p imo.I would expect strong demand at these low levels.

BTW in a video the CEO mentions a launch each month for other markets for Yoonic. Perhaps 12 in a year is overly ambitious, but further launches should be catalysts for revenue growth in the next 12 months. Suggest CEO reigns in expectations and then surprises to the upside rather than over-egging the pudding.

it's an undemanding valuation - predicted sales for 2014 are 7.8m, current market cap 8m. That's a value stock valuation - not a growth stock valuation. Forward PE sub 6. PEG 0.03 - to 0.04.

PT NextStation Prisma is the license holder for the Indonesian market and brokers/manages the deals with major mobile telcos there - e.g. indosat, XL, Smartfren. It's the conduit to the mobile route to market in Indonesia and didn't meet the standard debtor time scales but that's old news - the payment plan's been in place for 11 months and no payment's been missed.

The Allenby note suggests that Prisma is going to be a slow payer for future revenue too so expect the trade receivables to increase further. However again this is old news and doesn't account for this week's fall.

Oversubscribed IPO at 62p---Only 23m shares in issue and only 6m of those in free float so it doesn't take a lot to move the share price UP/Down.
A clammer at IPO for shares at 62p+,I can't see many selling at sub 40p.

yes - reconsidering my earlier post - there could be a bigger background seller with smaller PI's mopping up.

229 if it's a distressed seller, the order being worked, the trade won't show until after it's finished. I think Loverat has called it correctly. Time will tell.

Look for when the trade is published, as a signal the selling has finished, and possible rebound in the share price.

the share is illiquid at the moment,so could go back up 25% tomorrow with just a little buying so anyone shorting could have their ars*s burnt imo.

Bizarre is the spread, let alone the drop.

If PIs didnt have stop losses the share price couldnt move without sellers.

Loaded up from mid 40s, expect to see a mild retracement.

The trades don't look like a distressed seller - uneven sizes, v. low volume generally, the odd mid sized round number PI sized sale.

From recent allenby note when share price was 49.5p'ish

""At current levels we think the market is essentially assuming that the Company will never receive any of the payments due to it under the receivables plan - despite the fact that the Conpmany has received in full all of the last 11 payments. For 2014 we forecast top line growth of 66% and on our revised earnings we anticipate underlying PAT growth of over 200% to £1.8m. At 49.5p the Company is trading on just 6.4x 2014 earnings"

I guess one possibility is there is a distressed seller. I have seen this type of fall over several days before and the 'sell' if there is one might not show up until later.

Very odd share price action yesterday and today. The volume just isn't there for such a fall! Would it make sense for the company to release an RNS to state what is going on?
