registered office has, with effect from Monday 18 April 2011, moved from 7 
Hanover Square, London W1S 1HQ to 60 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4N 4TR. 
The London offices of Syndicate's wealth management divisions, Ashcourt Rowan 
and Savoy, will operate from the same address.
