Results of Scheme Meeting

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2, Sylvania Resources (Sylvania Resources or the Company) is pleased to announce that the resolution to approve the proposed scheme of arrangement between Sylvania Resources and its members (Scheme) which was put to the members of the Company at the court ordered scheme meeting held on 2 March 2011 was passed in accordance with section 411(4)(a)(ii) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
