The Regulator of Social Housing has issued a Regulatory Notice (25 May 2022) confirming that Swan Housing Association Ltd has breached the requirements of the Home Standard.

The breach relates to four key areas of our compliance:

   1.    Outstanding remedial actions under fire risk assessments. 
   2.    Management of asbestos in communal areas. 
   3.    Maintenance of records of water testing. 
   4.    Quality of data 

The issue of the Regulatory Notice does not alter Swan Housing Association's previously published governance and financial viability status (G3/V3).

We self-reported these compliance issues to the Regulator in March 2022 in addition to implementing an immediate improvement programme to remedy the breach.
