'Dick' Trotter Joins Powersports Financial Services Company

appointment of Richard P. ("Dick") Trotter to the position of Chief Operating
Officer.

Mr. Trotter has over thirty years of experience in the financial services
industry, including more than twenty years in automotive lending, servicing,
and collections. In his last position as President and Chief Credit Officer for
American Finance Company, Inc., he developed various automobile financing
programs and oversaw the purchase of automobile retail installment sales
contracts from independent automobile dealers nationwide. Prior to that, Mr.
Trotter served as Senior Vice President for Originations with Consumer
Portfolio Services, Inc., one of the country's leading purchasers of non-prime
automobile retail installment sales contracts.

Mr. Trotter also served, from 1984 to 1990, as President of Far Western Bank, a
major southern California-based purchaser of both prime and non-prime
automobile retail installment sales contracts. During that time, he developed
the originations systems used today by Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. and
Household Auto Financing, as well as the computer automated collections systems
now used by Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. and Americredit. Mr. Trotter is
recognized as one of the leaders in the non-prime segment of the automotive
lending industry.
