Rating Action by Standard and Poor's (S&P)
S&P has published its issuer credit rating for Sunderland (SHG) Finance Plc following its rating review. A copy of the report can be downloaded from the S&P website.
The new rating is BBB+; outlook positive. This rating is identical to the new long-term credit rating assigned to Gentoo Group Ltd ("Gentoo"), the sole borrower under Sunderland (SHG) Finance Plc.
Intention to Hold Investor Update Meetings
