Base Prospectus Supplement dated 23 November 2020 (the "Base Prospectus Supplement) relating to the Global Medium-Term Note Programme of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman represented by the Ministry of Finance.

The Base Prospectus Supplement should be read and construed in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 19 October 2020.
