                              DIRECTOR'S DEALING 
 
The board of Strontium PLC ("Strontium" or the "Company"), the AIM listed 
consultancy specialising in the identification and development of high growth 
potential SMEs, announces that it was informed on 5 March 2010 that Michael 
Metcalfe, a director of the Company on the same date purchased 127,250 ordinary 
shares in the Company at a price of 11.5 pence per share. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Metcalfe has a beneficial interest in 3,891,370 
ordinary shares representing approximately 28.7 per cent. of the issued share 
capital and total voting rights of the Company. 
 
In addition to the above, Mr Metcalfe has 500,000 options over ordinary shares 
in the Company. 
 
The board was also informed that Colin Brumpton a director of the Company on 
the same date purchased 127,250 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 
11.5 pence per share. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Brumpton has a beneficial interest in 1,967,627 
ordinary shares representing approximately 14.5 per cent. of the issued share 
capital and total voting rights of the Company. 
 
In addition to the above, Mr Brumpton has 200,000 options over ordinary shares 
in the Company. 
 
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 13,541,336 ordinary shares of 
2 pence each.
