CALGARY and LONDON, December 17, 2009 - Stratic Energy Corporation (TSX Venture:

appointment of FirstEnergy Capital LLP ("FirstEnergy") as joint broker to the 
Company, to act alongside Oriel Securities, the Company's existing broker.
