Holdings in Company
Strathdon Investments plc, (AIM: STV) confirms that, further to information disclosed in the Circular sent to shareholders on 17 December 2010, that Robert Cook acquired 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1p each on 12 January 2011. Mr Cook now holds 3,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 3.36% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
In addition, Simon Smith acquired 4,500,000 Ordinary Shares at 1p each on 12 January 2011. Mr Smith now holds 4,500,000 Ordinary Shares directly which represent 4.31% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Ogier Employee Benefit Trustee Limited ("Ogier") also acquired 4,500,000 Ordinary Shares at 1p each on 12 January 2011. Ogier now holds 4,500,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 4.31% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
