Results of the Placing and the Offer for Subscription to qualifying
StartIT.com plc ("StartIT") Shareholders


The Directors of enterpriseAsia announce that by 5.00 pm on 21st February
2000, a total of 238,931,301 enterpriseAsia Ordinary Shares have been placed
by English Trust Company Limited on behalf of the Company or issued pursuant
to the Offer for Subscription, subject to admission of the share capital of
enterpriseAsia to trading on AIM.

The Offer for Subscription to qualifying StartIT shareholders of 9,400,000
enterpriseAsia Ordinary Shares at 5p per share closed at 3.00 p.m. on Monday
21st February 2000.  By 5.00 pm on 21st February 2000, counting by the
Registrars showed that acceptances in excess of 5,697,301 enterpriseAsia
Ordinary Shares have been received from qualifying StartIT shareholders,
representing over 60 per cent. of the Offer for Subscription.

The balance of up to 3,702,699 enterpriseAsia Ordinary Shares comprised in the
Offer for Subscription will be taken up by StartIT under the placing and
underwriting arrangements.

Trading on AIM commences today, 22nd February 2000, in a total of 238,931,301
enterpriseAsia Ordinary Shares and application will be made to AIM for trading
for any additional Ordinary Shares when counting has been completed.
