Notice of AGM and General Meeting

The Company notifies that following the announcement of the recommended cash offer by One51, it will now hold both its AGM and the Shareholder Meetings relating to the offer on Monday 9 June and not on 20 May as previously announced.

The AGM will take place at 9:00 am at the Company's registered office. The other meetings will follow the conclusion of the AGM. Formal notice of the AGM and the Shareholder Meetings will be distributed in due course.
