                             Director Shareholding


Straight announces that, following the marriage of Philippa Slack to Jonathan
Straight, the Company's Chief Executive, Mr Straight now has an effective
holding of 4,820,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company.  This is due to
the fact that Philippa Slack already owned 20,000 shares in the Company.


Jonathan Straight's revised holding represents 69.8% of the total number of
shares in issue.
