Announcement of investment in Yorkshire Place Limited ("YPL")

The directors of StartIT are pleased to announce the Company's investment of
US$500,000 in YPL.

YPL, a company based in Boston, USA will provide online recruitment services
in the United States, initially in the insurance sector but then developing
into other areas within financial services.  The management of YPL are
experienced in both recruitment and financial services and the company has
been formed as an offshoot of an existing - but traditional - executive
recruitment business.

StartIT will have 37.5% of the equity.

This is StartIT's seventh investment.  Previous investments were GLS Software
Ltd (booking and invoicing systems), Convex Software Ltd (resource management
systems), enterpriseAsia.com plc (venture capital), Metalsonline Limited (b2b
trade directory and e-commerce), CFN (UK) Ltd (services for trading in
overseas securities) and e-Stakeholder Pensions Ltd (pension services for
small and medium sized enterprises).
