    Statement to Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 18 June 2004


The year has started well with turnover well up on last year as we had expected.
Overall, margins are in line with last year as a whole.

In May, we announced the setting up of a materials handling division within the
Company in conjunction with Rehrig Pacific Company of the USA, one of the
world's largest designers and manufacturers of containers and pallets for
industry.  I am glad to report that the division has already received its first
order and is pursuing a number of other good opportunities.

We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Wendy Knighton as Retail
Manager. Wendy's background is in customer services, having spent the last seven
years with Hallmark Cards in a similar position. Last year retail sales were 25%
of turnover.  Her appointment will strengthen the key middle management team as
the Company continues to expand its activities.

The Company continues to make progress towards achieving the aims it set itself
for 2004.
