Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Bonds that, effective 31 January 2024, Mount Green Housing Association Limited (Mount Green) is now a subsidiary of Stonewater Limited and part of the Stonewater Group.

Mount Green, a charitable housing association, brings to the Group 1,600 additional affordable homes under ownership or management across Surrey and North Sussex.

Stonewater Limited will remain the parent of the Stonewater Group.
