Stockcube, provider of technical research and analysis of the relative strengths and weaknesses of 
price trends of stocks and other financial instruments, today announced the resignation of Andrew 
Russell Ashman as Director from the Board with effect from 4 March 2010. 
 
He has also resigned from his other directorships held in companies within the Stockcube group. 
 
Mr. Ashman intends to pursue other interests.
