Results now delayed to mid April - nothing sinister but could be a positive reason why.

Half the £7.7m mcap is cash, trading profitably on all fronts, only question is how big a profit SKC will report on Friday.
Already some astute buying last Friday, I think its only Nigel Wrays disposal thats kept the price sub 10p up to now, and of course the mm took his stock at 9p+!

I did`nt think the 20% fall would have happened so fast. Probably further to fall be fore even thinking of buying.

Not all of them- Hoodless were really pushing me hard to buy these yesterday. Which means they are a seller and following their track record, it usually means a fall of about 20% in share price in the short term, following a strong sales pitch from them.

for this amount of shares to be traded, wether it be buys by a large consortium or otherwise will have to be placed with news, an rns should be issued either later or within several days saying the results.

Bearing in mind there seems to be only 91 million shares in circulation, and the small drop off for such a trade, can only mean a strange situation until it is answered.

Although i'm not too worried and will keep adding, because it still may be good news although seeming bad.

Nearly 20 million shares traded this morning at 9p. Anyone know whats going on? Maybe some takeover action?

Hi Quinn,

20p still gives a mkt cap of only £18m so I guess it depends on the results. Ameritrade recently reported and I think they produced stellar figures. I intend to hold anyway, I don't see much downside from here.

Still flying today, amazing volatility on little volume considering there are 96m shares in issue but seem to be so tightly held in the city. If it gets noticed on positive results where will we end up > 15-20p?

Big rise on little volume. MMs keen to get some stock ahead of the results. Could be an interesting next few weeks. Results due end of March?

Looks like any overhang has already ben mopped up here.
I tried to buy at 6.5p yesterday & 6.75p today but no chance - mm playing hardball for 7p in any decent size. Results should be out in about 5/6 weeks.
I'm leaving an order in for next week just in case anyone dips out!

Didn't know know Paul C was on the shareholder list. Not many micro caps left around with this kind of potential IMHO.

Hi Ethics - results due early april as far as I'm aware.
As you say its the US arm that seems to be driving profitability at last.
Waiting game with Stockcube until results out although I know there are a few shrewd investors who have been adding like Paul Curtis as well as Nigel Wray!
Still possible to buy on limit within the quoted spread.

Anybody know when the full year results are due? Could be interesting. Big revival in US broker's fortunes. Take a look at the Ameritrade chart. Anyone else following?
