RIIO-GD2 Draft Determination publication of Executive Summary

The Issuer has various series of notes in issue under a GBP5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme and is making this announcement in the context of the RIIO GD2 Draft Determination.
The Issuer and Scotland Gas Networks plc has today published the Executive Summary of its considered response to Ofgem's draft RIIO-GD2 determination, which can be found here:

While the consultation process is ongoing the Issuer continues to work with Ofgem before a final determination is published in December.
