Thanks to lundhousegreen on the East Surrey thread who pointed out piece in the Mail Looks as though things are going to hot up!!! By the way Regulatory Asset Value for South Staffs per the financial review on page 18 Annual Report is £161mill against current market cap of £123mill. Always held a lot of SSW Best of luck Linhur |
Posted at 26/10/2004 14:21 by praipus To answer my own question from page 49 of the accounts Net Operating Assets, Regulated water supply £132,729,000!!! This would equate to a share price of £66 !!! based on the ADVFN 2 m shares in issue figure from the "Financial" section. However the annual report says 12.7 m shares in issue giving regulated asset value per share of approx £11.Strong buy IMHO. Or buy Ecofin ECWC which are bound to go up in Sympathy due to their water only holdings, BWG, NWG, ESH. |
