Statnett SF - Successful placement of new green bond issues

 

Reference is made to the announcement 18 June 2024 regarding a contemplated green bond issue.

 

Statnett SF has today successfully issued senior unsecured green bonds in total of SEK 1,750 million and NOK 1,450 million. The transaction is split in three tranches:

- 3Y SEK 1,750 million floating rate note with a coupon of 3m Stibor + 0.45% p.a. 

- 5Y NOK 750 million floating rate note with a coupon of 3m Nibor + 0.65% p.a.  

- 8Y NOK 700 million fixed rate note with a coupon of 4.365% p.a.  

Settlement date is expected to be 28 June 2024.

Danske Bank, DNB Markets, Handelsbanken and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers for the bond issues.

 

An application will be made for the bonds to be listed at Euronext Dublin (SEK) and Euronext Oslo Børs (NOK).
