Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Suspension of Shares
Star Phoenix (AIM: STA), an international company with an oilfield services business in Trinidad and an oil and gas interest in Indonesia announces that it has been informed by W H Ireland Limited that it has resigned from the role of Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company with immediate effect. As a result, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM has been suspended from 7.30 a.m. on Tuesday 20 June 2023 until a new Nominated Adviser is appointed by the Company. Should the Company fail to appoint a new Nominated Adviser within 30 days then trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM would be cancelled.
