                       STARTUP STATION PLC ANNOUNCES
                 $2,000,000 STAKE IN BMYPC VIRTUAL COMPUTING

Startup Station Plc, the Intellectual Venture Capital firm, announced today
that it has agreed to invest $2,000,000, over the next four months, in BmyPC,
a provider of Virtual Desktop Computers based in Tel-Aviv.

BmyPC brings virtual computing services to consumers, enabling them to store
their personal content, and operate their software applications in a virtual
desktop environment, from any device that can access the world wide web.

BmyPC plans to announce the launch of its online virtual desktop services
later this week, and will begin providing Internet users with anytime-anywhere
access and use of their digital data.

Startup Station plans to continue to develop its portfolio of investments by
seeking out quality technology companies like BmyPC, and making initial
investments, both financial and managerial, that will help them to develop
their businesses.

Yossi Cohen, CEO of BmyPC, commented:

"Today, people require more immediate access to their personal, as well as
