                  APPOINTS MIKAEL EDHOLM TO THE BOARD

Startup Station Plc is pleased to announce that Mr. Mikael Edholm, Director of
Corporate Business Development at Ericsson, has been appointed to the Board as
a Non-Executive Director. Mr. Edholm will bring valuable expertise and
knowledge of the communications industry to Startup Station's emerging
technology companies.

Mr. Edholm, age 44, is a director of Corporate Business Development at LM
Ericsson, the leading provider in the new telecommunications world, which
offers communications solutions that combine telecom and datacom technologies
with freedom of mobility for the user. Prior to Ericsson, he has held
marketing and business development positions at the Hewlett-Packard Company in
California and France and at Allen-Bradley Company, based in Holland. He has
also held positions at 3M and ABB Electronics.

He currently serves on the Board of Roamfino AB, Gothenburg, Sweden; a travel
industry vertical portal, specialising in mobile services for roaming
professionals and also Room33.com AB, in Stockholm; a global reaching internet
service that provides communication, entertainment and transactional services
for all mobile users.

Mr. Edholm is a frequent speaker at major technology seminars and symposia
around the world and is a graduate of Uppsala University, Sweden, and Ashridge
Management college, UK. His strengths include industry analysis through
futures research, environmental scanning and scenario planning, tracking
enabling technologies and evolving business models.
