Startup Station PLC

                      Startup Station Plc

                Recruitment of e-business team

            Establishment of e-business consultancy

Startup Station Plc, ('Startup Station') the advisory business
aimed at providing strategic and operational support to
Internet-based businesses, announces that 10 professionals,
including members and founders of the former
PricewaterhouseCoopers e-Business Transformation Team, have
joined the company.

Startup Station believes that following the recent changes in
the marketplace a niche exists for consulting services to
middle-market companies (revenue between #100 million and
#1 billion). Startup Station's focus will be to deliver
innovative new business services to these companies, the
expanded and strengthened team will enable the company to
employ early mover advantage to establish a position of
strength.

Ziv Navoth, Managing Director, Startup Station Plc commented:

'Middle market companies, like venture arms from large
corporates, must introduce digital-based innovations to
generate new revenue streams, reduce costs and improve
relationships with customers, business partners and employees.
Startup Station will target this clear market opportunity with
consulting services that meet the needs of middle-market
companies. In a process that we label 'Corporate Rebirth', we
will help these companies introduce a range of innovative
solutions involving e-business, customer care,
m-commerce and other digital-based initiatives.'

Rob Fenton, who project managed the creation of the
PricewaterhouseCoopers' incubator, noted that:

'Between now and 2004, consulting fees for internet services
are forecast to reach US$325 million in the UK, and US$4.6
billion in Europe. Startup Station will position itself as a
value-added service provider by sharing the risk with our
clients. By doing so, we demonstrate to our clients a long-
term belief in the positive affects of innovations on their
business operations. To complement our increasing focus on
consultancy, we will continue to invest in new businesses as
appropriate.'

Alex McCracken, Senior Mobile Commerce consultant, added:

'The new team has hit the ground running. We are already
generating revenue with an existing client base including an
entertainment company and a European transportation company.
We expect to sign more contracts in the near future as we
launch our marketing and sales efforts.'
