                     ("Startup Station" or "the Company")

The Directors of Startup Station recently engaged Arkan Petroleum Inc
("Arkan") to provide a valuation of the oil and gas assets held by the
Company's wholly owned subsidiary Dominion Energy Ltd ("Dominion"), with a
view to obtaining an OFEX quotation for Dominion. The assets consist of 10 oil
and gas producing leases in the State of Kansas, USA. Arkan has valued these
assets at USD 11 million of which USD 2.7 million represents presently
producing assets and USD 8.3 million represents assets for reserves yet to be
developed. The valuation is based on an oil price of USD 23 per barrel.

Christows Capital Limited has been appointed to act as Corporate Adviser to
Dominion in order to obtain the proposed OFEX facility.

Mr Henk Jelsma stood down as a Director of Startup Station on 15 March 2001 to
concentrate his efforts, as a Director of Dominion, on the proposed OFEX
flotation and to oversee the development of existing and potential new
business at Dominion.

Mr Marc Winer also stood down from the Board of Startup Station PLC on 15
March 2001 to pursue other interests.
