As a result of transactions on 17 June 2015 by the Company's Share Incentive Plan (an HM Revenue & Customs approved all employee share purchase plan (the "Plan")) as notified to the Company by its share scheme administrators on 18 June 2015, the following Executive Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company have the following interests as a result of their personal participation in the Plan:
