Change of Accounting Reference Period

Ondo InsurTech Plc (LON: ONDO) The Company announces that it will be changing its accounting reference date and financial year end from 28th February to 31st March.

The accounting reference date change to 31 March has been made to align the Company's accounting reference dates with LeakBot Ltd and LeakBot USA Inc subsidiaries which will also change accounting reference dates and financial year end to 31st March.

As a result, the Company's next four financial reporting events will be as follows:

-- Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 31 August 2022 (unchanged), not later than 30 November 2022

-- Publication of audited accounts for the 13 months to 31 March 2023, not later than 30 June 2023

-- Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 30 September 2023, not later than 31 December 2023

-- Publication of audited accounts for the 12 months to 31 March 2024, not later than 30 June 2024
