I agree with you, if they get a target before Christmas they are doing well. Main challenge they will have is to pass due diligence, some will fail which adds time. If they complete before next autumn they will have done well. These time frames are not going to please most investors, but their past record shows that patience will be rewarded. Although I must admit nearly two years to complete KNB was tedious, but the upside now was worth the wait.

In the main investors wait until everyone joins a buying spree in the hope of making a few quid instead of reading and analysing available information, if its good buying before the herd arrive. Companies like Spin require patience to reap the rewards.

Investors should not have long to wait if the information so far supplied is anything to go by.

They have declared their intent to focus on green energy and already have targets in mind.

My guess sometime this year

The problem for investors that sit on the sidelines is, we will get an RNS to say we are doing a deal followed by one to say we are suspended. Unless there’s a leak, which I doubt, and the price starts to move there will be no warning.

Not sure, I did see two 570k sells for Wednesday on another board. Can’t work out the logic. The buys must have been separate people, if not there would have to be a TR1 as it’s nearly 8% of the company. We might see something on Monday, at least the price has gone up
