15/6/2004 12:40 | Thanks Rich, I've just registered with TPS, but it does look a bit wishy washy to me. From their website:- "The Telephone Preference Service, set up by the Direct Marketing Association (UK) Limited (DMA), was originally formed in 1995 as a voluntary self-regulatory mechanism to enable consumers to opt-out of receiving unsolicited sales and marketing calls." It looks like they are trying to self police themselves. And telesales companies only get to find out if your name's on the list if they buy the list from TPS! Anyway, better than doing nothing I hope. Cheers | mkearns

15/6/2004 11:40 | you can get your phone number taken off their lists through the 'telephone preference service' website. It works! but takes about 5 weeks to take effect... | richardbees

15/5/2003 10:04 | I have been looking at Red, I hate to lose and I was looking to get back in when they were down at about 0.5p. However, ISYS came up!! When do they release their results? I just have this horrible feeling that they will pump this up and let it go again. It seems to be following a similar pattern as before where there are massive volumes and it rises then they cut its legs away and down it goes. Mind you if you can time it right and have patience you are laughing :-) I do feel it has potential but I need to get some positive announcments that their business model is back on track and that there cost cutting measures have been a success. Sorry if this has all been discussed on the RED thread but when I looked in there appeared to be mass hysteria. lol PS I hope that this is not the case this time and the rise is maintained Regards Regards | navystar1
15/5/2003 09:50 | navystar...agreed kcom is a good bet but redstone should be in profit soon and with results coming out in june, now is the time to get in imho | maestro.
15/5/2003 09:39 | Got burnt with redstone before christmas the MM's love it they pump it up possible breaks 1p and then within days its back to where its started. My personel preference is Kingston Comm (KCOM) they report next week have had some good press speculation and have just announced a quality contract on one of their weaker divisions and have also been announced as preferred bidder for supplying Broadband and telecom services to the public services. (for actual press releases go to the KCOM BB and follow the link.) 50p to buy just now but the spread is poor (MM still having tea and stickies). However, once this is reduced I can easily see 60p in the near future, 10 -20% got to be better than losing your shirt on RED). LOL | navystar1
15/5/2003 09:16 | redstone...starting to rocket now...3p by christmas maybe or even higher | maestro.
